This is more than a standard massage. Each session combines:

Each session is tailored to you, but generally follows a simple, structured flow:
 

  1. Check-in
    We take a few minutes to understand how you’re feeling — physically, mentally, and day-to-day.
     

  2. Identify key areas
    Looking at where tension is showing up and what may be contributing to it.
     

  3. Massage & bodywork
    Targeted treatment to release tension and support the body.
     

  4. Nervous system reset
    Time for the body to slow down, settle, and move out of a stressed state.
     

  5. Practical guidance
    Simple, realistic suggestions to help support change between sessions.
