This is a focused, one-on-one session without massage, centred on supporting your overall health through a better understanding of how your body, mind, and daily patterns work together.

This is not about overwhelming change or rigid plans.
It’s about identifying what’s actually affecting how you feel — and working with it in a way that is realistic and sustainable.
Drawing from training in anatomy, physiology, and the body’s response to stress, sessions explore how physical, mental, and behavioural factors influence overall wellbeing.
